Rachisi ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Shoeb Enterprises, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use rachisi.com and how we use it.
When you create an account, place an order, or write a review, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and — if you choose to provide it — your business name and GST number for invoicing. We do not store your card details; payments are processed securely by PhonePe and PayPal, and we never see or retain your full card or bank information.
We use your information to process orders, calculate shipping, send order updates (received, payment confirmed, dispatched, delayed), respond to support requests, and — only if you've signed up for them — send occasional updates about new products.
We share only what's necessary with our payment processors (PhonePe, PayPal) to complete transactions, and with shipping partners to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You can review and update your saved address and business details any time from My Account. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (or access to your sign-in email, if using code-based login) secure.
Prices are set in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices shown in other currencies (USD/EUR/GBP) via the currency switcher are estimates for reference only — actual charges are processed in ₹ (PhonePe) or in the displayed currency (PayPal), based on live exchange rates at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment is verified. We may cancel an order if a product turns out to be out of stock or mispriced, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
Reviews should reflect genuine experience with a product. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.
All content on this site — including the Rachisi name, logo, and product descriptions — belongs to Shoeb Enterprises unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We ship across India and internationally. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart's weight and delivery destination, unless a product has its own flat shipping fee or ships free.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get an email the moment we receive your order, and another once it's dispatched — with a tracking number, where available.
Domestic (India) deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. International deliveries can take longer depending on destination and customs processing. If something's running behind, we'll email you with an update.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country — these are not included in the price you pay us.
You can cancel an order before it's dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may be able to return it (see below).
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return due to change of mind.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PhonePe or PayPal) within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few extra days on top of that.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened — this will be noted on the relevant product page if it applies.
